Quick Answer (for busy buyers)
Here’s the buyer-first summary. If your brand name is on the label, you usually act as the responsible person and must ensure the listing is submitted and kept current.
- MOQ: Our standard MOQ is 1,000-3,000 pcs per product.
- If you want one simple shade and straightforward packaging, we can often stay closer to the lower end; if you need multiple shades, a set/kit, or more complex formula/packaging, plan closer to the higher end.
- Pigment matching: Tinted balm requires shade targeting (reference swatch/Pantone/physical sample), then lab matching and sample confirmation.
- We can customize the formula and provide a sample, but tinted products commonly need 1-2 rounds to lock color and pay-off across lip tones.
- Lead time: Once the final shade/formula and packaging are confirmed, bulk production is typically 10-20 working days.
- Packaging ordering commonly takes 10-30 working days (e.g., tubes ~15 days; acrylic bottles can be ~30 days; boxes ~15 days, set boxes ~20 days).
- We can support documentation, barcoding, and third-party testing/inspection coordination, but we cannot guarantee regulatory approval outcomes.
