Quick Answer (for busy buyers)
Here’s the buyer-first summary. If your brand name is on the label, you usually act as the responsible person and must ensure the listing is submitted and kept current.
- After you approve the sample (and we lock the formula, bottle, pump/sprayer, and artwork files), we move into production.
- For private label orders, our typical MOQ is 1,000-3,000 pcs depending on packaging/complexity; simpler items can start at 1,000, while more complex sets and packaging tend to be higher.
- Production lead time for bulk goods is typically 10-20 working days.
- If you are using new or customized packaging, please plan for packaging procurement of about 10-30 working days.
- Common reference points: glass bottle ~15 working days, acrylic bottle ~30, unit carton ~15, gift/set box ~20.
- Internally, key checkpoints include packaging testing (~3 days), raw material production (5-7 days), raw material testing (~5 days), and finished goods manufacturing (~7 days).
- We can support documentation and third-party testing/inspection workflows and help with barcodes and related paperwork, but we do not guarantee regulatory outcomes.
- For shipping to the US, we can quote and book based on your preferred route; transit time varies, so we will confirm once we know your Incoterms and destination.
