Quick Answer (for busy buyers)
Here’s the buyer-first summary. If your brand name is on the label, you usually act as the responsible person and must ensure the listing is submitted and kept current.
- In our delivery flow, sampling is centered on the “confirm sample” step before we投入 production.
- That means the minimum is 1 approved sample (your final sign-off sample).
- If you request changes to performance direction, sensory feel, or packaging fit, we schedule extra rounds and re-confirm the standard before mass production.
- Timing is usually driven less by the lab batch itself and more by packaging and QC.
- Mass production lead time is typically 10-20 working days after the formula and packaging are locked.
- Packaging ordering can take 10-30 working days: e.g., single box about 15 days, set box about 20 days; glass bottle about 15 days, acrylic bottle up to 30 days, tubes/mask pouches about 15 days.
- MOQ guidance: most items start at 1,000-3,000 units (simpler items can be closer to 1,000; more complex kits/packaging closer to 3,000).
- We can support send-out testing and documentation (e.g., product inspection tracking, barcode/info services, and design/packaging coordination), but we do not guarantee any regulatory approval outcome.
